STUDIO
STUDIO PREPARATION
PREPARATION: Students are expected to come to lessons prepared with water, music, and a pencil. A recording device is recommended.

CONTACT INFORMATION: Please ensure that the Studio has updated contact information including telephone number and email address. Please notify us immediately of any changes.

SCHEDULING: The studio will be open every week (including during school holidays) unless a closing has been announced. In the event of a school or work closing, please contact James to confirm studio closure. Please make sure all your contact information is up-to-date in order to receive information about studio closings.

PAYMENT AND LATE FEES
Tuition payment for each month is due in advance. A $25 late fee will be added to any tuition not paid by the 7th of the month. Coaching sessions must be paid for at the time of service. n
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation by the instructor, the lesson will be made up or credited to the next month. In the event of cancellation by the student with 24-hours’ (or more) notice, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. In the event of cancellation by the student with less than 24-hours’ notice, no make-up lesson will be scheduled, nor will any tuition be credited to the next month. In the case of a short notice conflict, you have the option to trade lesson times with another student in the studio. This option will save you from losing a lesson. A contact sheet and student schedule will be posted in studio for viewing at any time. No refunds are given for any reason.
